Grease cups are what is used as a container in conjunction with the hood to provide a means to remove the excess grease from the hood. All of Select Air Systems’ grease cups are constructed of stainless steel and dishwasher safe. This container is where the grease that is filtered out of the air going through the hood filters is stored for removal and disposal.
- Wall Mounted Grease Cup – This grease cup is used in the wall mounted hood models with an internal grease trough.
- Island Grease Cup – This grease cup is used for an island hood section with an internal grease trough.
- Hanging Grease Cup – This grease cup is used for hood models that have a removable hanging grease trough.
